The Hallettsville Plumbing Company text messaging program

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The Hallettsville Plumbing Company at the mobile number you provided. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include service-related communications (appointment confirmations and reminders, dispatch and technician updates, and quote or invoice follow-ups) and/or marketing communications (seasonal maintenance reminders, discounts, and special offers). Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To resume, opt in again through our website or by replying START.

Consent

The website service-request form offers separate, optional checkboxes for service texts and marketing texts. Neither box is selected by default. Providing a phone number, requesting a callback, or submitting a job application does not by itself give permission to send text messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. A policy update does not expand the categories of messages you have agreed to receive.
